為更能促進國際交流與合作，本校加入亞太大學交 流會(University Mobility in Asia and the Pacific, UMAP)及高等教育國際合作基金會(Foundation for International Cooperation in Higher Education of Taiwan, FICHET)，對實踐永續發展有實質助益。
By signing MoU with foreign universities, NUU promotes mutual cooperations and researchs, benefitting both sides’ sustainable developments.
本校透過與國外學校簽定MoU，促進雙方共同合作 與研究，對永續發展及實踐有實質助益。目前本校 共有157所國外姊妹校，列舉本校2019及2020年 與國外學校簽定MoU (新簽約及續約)之學校共計13 所，表列如下：

為推動可持續發展目標（SDGs），本校積極展開國際合作與學術研究交流，促進教育品質提升與跨國知識分享。
目前已與不丹三所大學簽訂姊妹校合約，並與越南胡志明市科技教育大學（HCMUTE）、胡志明市工貿大學（IUH）、南芹大學（Southern Can Tho University）簽訂學術研究合作備忘錄（MOU），主要合作內容如下：
1.雙方教師及學生交換計畫
2. 聯合研究與學術成果發表
3. 教學資源與永續教育議題交流
4. 國際會議與研討活動共同舉辦
