1. 本校於職缺徵人公告中,並未要求應徵者的宗教、性取向、性別、年齡等,只要有符合該職務所需學歷或相關證照者,皆可應徵。此外,依本校校務基金工作人員管理要點規定,本校第一職級應具高中(職)以上學歷,因此,本校絕對不使用童工。
2. 本校於環安衛中心網站公告「禁止職場暴力」聲明,以保障所有勞工在執行職務時,免受身心侵害及精神疾病。
1.In the University’s recruitment announcements, no requirements or restrictions are imposed concerning an applicant’s religion, sexual orientation, gender, or age. Any individual possessing the academic qualifications or professional certifications required for the position is eligible to apply. Furthermore, pursuant to the National United University Guidelines for the Administration of University Affairs Fund Personnel, individuals appointed to the first-level staff positions must possess at least a senior high school (or vocational high school) diploma. Accordingly, the University hereby affirms that it does not employ child labor under any circumstances.
2. The University has issued and published on the website of the Environmental Safety and Health Center a formal “Statement on the Prohibition of Workplace Violence” to safeguard all employees from physical or psychological harm and to prevent mental health issues that may arise during the performance of their duties.
