2024年身心障礙員工人數為19人,本校身心障礙員工就業率達3%(19/636),超過《身心障礙者權益保障法》第38條「進用具有就業能力之身心障礙者人數,不得低於員工總人數百分之三」之規定。各人員類別就業率統計如下表

In 2024, the University employed 19 staff members with disabilities, representing 3% (19/636) of the total workforce. This employment rate exceeds the standard stipulated in Article 38 of the People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act, which requires that “the number of employees with work capacity who have disabilities shall not be less than three percent of the total number of employees.” A detailed breakdown of employment rates by personnel category is provided in the following table.
3. 保障殘障人士在工作場所的權利:
依身心障礙者權益保障法第38條規定,凡機構及學校員工總數達34人以上者,應聘用具有工作能力的身心障礙者,且身心障礙者員工人數應佔員工總數3%以上。本校2024年員工總數為636人,其中身心障礙者19人,身心障礙者員工人數佔員工總數3%,已符合該規定所定標準。
3. Protection of the Rights of Employees with Disabilities in the Workplace:
Pursuant to Article 38 of the People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act, institutions and schools with a total of 34 or more employees are required to employ persons with disabilities who possess work capacity, and the number of such employees shall account for no less than three percent of the total workforce.
In compliance with the aforementioned regulation, National United University had a total of 636 employees in 2024, of whom 19 were persons with disabilities, representing 3% of the total workforce. The University has therefore met the statutory employment requirement for persons with disabilities.
