1.敘薪:本校教師依據教師待遇條例、公務人員依據公務人員俸給法、校務基金工作人員依據本校校務基金工作人員管理要點辦理敘薪。
2.考績/考核:
(1)教師:依據教師待遇條例、本校教師年資晉本薪(年功薪)作業規定,教師服務滿一學年,由學校按學年度評定其教學、研究、輔導、服務等成績,並得依評定結果晉本薪(年功薪)一級,至所聘職務等級最高年功薪為限。
(2)公務人員:依據公務人員考績法規定,年終考績考列甲等或乙等者,可晉本俸1級,並給與1個月或半個月俸給總額之獎金。
(3)校務基金工作人員:依據本校務基金工作人員成績考核要點規定,每年年度考核考列優等及甲等人員,於新年度晉升一級薪點,但僅得晉至最高級薪點為止。
3.最低薪資標準:依據校務基金工作人員管理要點規定,新進人員依其所屬職級之最低薪級支給報酬,且最低薪級皆不低於勞動基準法所規定最低基本工資(2024年1月1日起勞工每月基本工資為27,470元),並依行政院勞動部公告數額調整最低薪級。
4.本校教職員平均薪資水準如下表所示,均高於前述最低工資標準,2024年整體薪資水準也高於2023年薪資水準,如表1所示。
1.Salary Determination:The remuneration for faculty members is determined in accordance with the Teachers’ Remuneration Act; for civil servants, in accordance with the Civil Servants Pay Act; and for staff employed under the University Affairs Fund, pursuant to the National United University Guidelines for the Administration of University Affairs Fund Personnel.
2. Performance Evaluation and Appraisal:
(1) Faculty Members:
Pursuant to the Teachers’ Remuneration Act and the University’s Regulations on the Advancement of Faculty Seniority Pay, faculty members who have completed one full academic year of service shall be evaluated by the University based on their performance in teaching, research, student guidance, and service. Based on the evaluation results, they may be granted an advancement of one grade in their base (seniority) salary, up to the maximum level permitted for their appointed position.
(2) Civil Servants:
In accordance with the Civil Servants Performance Rating Act, civil servants receiving an annual performance rating of Grade A or Grade B shall be eligible for advancement of one pay grade and shall be awarded a bonus equivalent to one month’s or half a month’s total salary, respectively.
(3) University Affairs Fund Personnel:
Pursuant to the National United University Guidelines for the Performance Evaluation of University Affairs Fund Personnel, staff members receiving an “Excellent” or “Grade A” rating in the annual appraisal shall be advanced by one salary step in the following fiscal year, up to the maximum pay grade applicable to their position.
3. Minimum Salary Standards:
In accordance with the National United University Guidelines for the Administration of University Affairs Fund Personnel, newly appointed staff members shall receive remuneration based on the minimum pay grade corresponding to their respective position classifications. The minimum pay level shall not be lower than the statutory minimum monthly wage stipulated under the Labor Standards Act (NT$27,470 effective from January 1, 2024) and shall be adjusted as necessary in accordance with the wage standards periodically announced by the Ministry of Labor, Executive Yuan.
4. Average Salary Levels:
The average salary levels of the University’s faculty and staff are presented in the table below. All averages exceed the statutory minimum wage as specified above. Furthermore, the overall salary levels in 2024 are higher than those in 2023, as illustrated in Table 1.
