1.各建築物均提供「身心障礙人士專用停車格」以及「無障礙廁所」服務；學務處下設有資源教室，負責本校特殊需求學生之輔導工作，整合輔導人力、學習資源、生活輔具、社會福利等，以協助學生心理、生活、學習、社會、職業各方面之適應，和各學系充分協調合作，並建立全方位之校園支持系統，俾使學生順利完成學業。
2.學生宿舍提供男一舍(水雲樓)為身心障礙學生住宿服務；資源教室為減少不平等，為身心障礙者提供援助服務，從入學到畢業進行一對一整體性的關懷與輔導，包含課業輔導、同儕輔導，定期辦理各項活動與講座、升學及就業轉銜服務、無障礙校園環境之推展、協助提報教育部申請鑑定。
3.建築物部分，舊建築物盡可能改善符合需求，113年進行工程改善；新建建築物依定符合無障礙勘檢。
1. Resource Classroom of Office of Student Affairs, responsible for coordinating the assistance of students with special needs, integrates counseling manpower, learning resources, life aids and social welfare to help students adapt to all aspects of psychology, life, learning, society and occupation. Resource Classroom fully coordinates and cooperates with various departments to establish a comprehensive campus support system for students to successfully complete their studies.
2. Male Dormitory Building I provides accommodation assistance services to students with physical and mental disabilities to reduce inequity.
3.NUU new buildings have passed the barrier-free inspection; and in genera NUU buildings provide parking spaces and barrier-free toilets for people with physical and mental disabilities.
