本校透過特殊選才、繁星推薦、大學申請入學、分發入學、身心障礙學生甄試與單獨招生及原住民專班等管道，並擴及特殊選才增設願景組，大學申請入學以願景計畫方式，擴大弱勢學生進入大學機會。
1、 身心障礙學生本校除了身心障礙學生升學大專校院甄試招生管道，也可透過一般多元入學與獨立招收身心障礙學生考試管道報考，獨立招收身心障礙學生考試，不限制考生之身心障礙類別，考試方式不辦理筆試，而以書面資料審查及面試為主；錄取及入學情況匯入教育部特殊教育通報網，後續輔導學生由資源教室專責追蹤在校學習情況。
2、 願景計畫是招收針對在地且弱勢學生提供就讀國立大學之機會，同時以未來具有高度就業力之科系為主，除減緩求學過程經濟負擔，更增進未來穩定就業能力。此管道111學年度開始招生，爰尚無法分析入學情況。
3、 原住民專班設立為招收具有原住民身分者之少數民族，給予原住民同學更多接受高等教育的機會，並以研究原住民族學術、培育原住民族人才或促進原住民族社會發展為宗旨。
4、 新住民入學招生係指歸化後新住民如有意於高等教育繼續進修，提供適當銜接升學管道，鼓勵不同教育背景之新住民有機會持續進修、升讀我國高等教育。
5、 本校公告新進教職員工皆加註以身心障礙者為優先。
National United University, through multiple admission channels—including Special Admissions, Stars Program Recommendations, University Admission Applications, Regular Placement Admissions, Entrance Examinations and Individual Recruitment for Students with Disabilities, and the Special Program for Indigenous Students—has sought to ensure equal access to higher education.
Furthermore, the University has expanded its special admission scheme by establishing a Vision Track under both the Special Admissions Program and the University Admission Application Program, thereby broadening opportunities for students from disadvantaged backgrounds to pursue higher education.
1.NUU holds independent admission recruitment for physically and mentally disabled students. This recruitment will not be limited by the types of applicants’ disabilities. The admission information will be collected and sent to the Special Education Bulletin Network.
2. The Vision Project is to recruit local and vulnerable students. This project focuses on the departments with high employability in the future; therefore, it not only reduces the economic burden.
3. The aboriginal special class is established to recruit ethnic minorities students to study Aboriginal academic studies, cultivate Aboriginal talents, and promote the social development of Aboriginal peoples.
4. Enrollment of Naturalized Taiwan citizen: NUU provide appropriate access and encourage them to pursue higher education.
5. NUU announces that new staff should give priority to those with physical and mental disabilities to meet the regulation that the disabled employees should reach 3% of the total employees.
