本校認同並支持全體教職員工之結社自由、集體談判權等勞工權利,具體落實成效如下:
1.除賦予全體教職員工結社自由及集體談判權外,還依據國立聯合大學組織規程及相關規定,設立了各類會議及委員會。提供多種管道表達意見,包括直接參與,或透過民主程序選出代表。
2.相關會議如下表。
National United University hereby recognizes and upholds the labor rights of all faculty and staff members, including the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining. The University’s concrete implementation measures are as follows:
1.In addition to granting all faculty and staff members the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, the University has, in accordance with the Organizational Charter of National United University and other relevant regulations, established a variety of committees and institutional meetings. These mechanisms provide multiple channels for expressing opinions, either through direct participation or through democratically elected representatives.
