1. 國立聯合大學推動員工協助方案實施計畫
本校為發現並協助同仁解決可能影響工作效能之相關問題,使其能以健康的身心投入工作,提昇工作士氣及服務效能,並藉由多樣化的協助性措施,建立溫馨關懷的工作環境,營造友善職場,提昇組織競爭力,訂定《國立聯合大學推動員工協助方案實施計畫》。
2. 打造性別友善的職場
(1)本校與大千綜合醫院附設苗栗縣私立托嬰中心、私立妙妙成長幼兒園、私立象山森林幼兒圖、私立維多利亞幼兒園簽約,提供本校教師員工托嬰及幼兒托育措施,並設置網頁專區,提供托育服務相關資源。
(2)本校於二個校區(二坪校區及八甲校區)分別設置各1間哺(集)乳室,內設有洗手台、嬰兒床、冰箱、沙發椅、茶几、屏風及相關宣導品等。
(3)設置性別友善廁所,打造性別友善校園並推動多元共容的理念,讓不同性別的人都能有安全、包容且無標籤化的如廁空間。
(4)考慮懷孕、行動不便或攜帶幼教職員的需求,於兩校區共提供身障暨愛心汽車格及機車格。
1. Implementation Plan for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) of National United University
In order to identify and assist employees in addressing issues that may affect work performance, National United University has hereby formulated the Implementation Plan for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This plan aims to help staff maintain physical and mental well-being, enhance morale and service efficiency, and foster a caring, supportive, and friendly workplace environment. Through diverse forms of assistance and supportive measures, the University seeks to cultivate an atmosphere of warmth and inclusiveness, thereby strengthening overall organizational competitiveness.
2. Establishing a Gender-Friendly Workplace
(1) The University has entered into agreements with several childcare institutions, including the Miaoli County Private Infant Care Center (affiliated with Da Chien General Hospital), Miao-Miao Growth Kindergarten, Elephant Hill Forest Kindergarten, and Victoria Kindergarten. These collaborations provide childcare and early education services for faculty and staff. In addition, a dedicated webpage has been established to provide information and resources related to childcare services.
(2) To support breastfeeding and nursing needs, the University has established one lactation room on each of its two campuses—Erping Campus and Bajia Campus. Each room is equipped with a sink, crib, refrigerator, sofa, table, partition, and promotional materials to create a safe and comfortable environment.
(3) Gender-friendly restrooms have been installed to promote a gender-inclusive and respectful campus culture. These facilities provide safe, inclusive, and non-stigmatizing restroom spaces accessible to individuals of all gender identities.
(4) In consideration of the needs of pregnant faculty and staff, individuals with limited mobility, and those accompanying young children, the University has designated accessible and priority parking spaces for cars and motorcycles on both campuses.
