與苗栗縣政府勞工及青年發展處合作，提供節能診斷與能源管理技術諮詢，協助地方機關及社區建置能源效率改善方案。
研究團隊協助地方政府於「公共建築節能改善」及「地方創能儲能政策研議」中提供技術與專業建議。
透過教育部「高教深耕計畫」能源永續面向，持續提供地方政府在政策擬定與設備採購上的技術顧問角色。
Unit: Smart Green Energy Research Center, National United University
Description:
National United University, through its Smart Green Energy Research Center, hereby collaborates with the Miaoli County Government Department of Labor and Youth Development to provide professional consultation on energy audits and energy management technologies. The Center assists local agencies and communities in formulating and implementing energy efficiency improvement programs.
The research team further supports the local government by offering technical and professional advice on Public Building Energy Efficiency Enhancement Projects and Local Renewable Energy and Energy Storage Policy Development.
Pursuant to the Ministry of Education’s “Higher Education Sprout Project,” the Center continues to serve as a technical advisor to local governments in the areas of policy formulation and equipment procurement.

2. 承辦中央與地方能源政策推廣課程
活動： 「113 年度 EDC 節能量測實務課程」與「苗栗縣節能志工培訓課程」
主辦／協辦： 財團法人台灣產業服務基金會、苗栗縣政府工商發展處
本校角色： 協辦與授課單位（各案參與教師 3 人、受訓學生 18 人及 40 人）
重點：
協助地方政府及產業推廣能源效率量測技術，提升節能政策執行能力。
屬於技術政策落實層面的支援行動，直接服務政府與在地產業。

3.「推動節能診斷及用電健檢人才培訓」方案，獲得2024《遠見》USR獎人才共學組楷模獎
該方案以實際現場作為教學場域，訓練學生量測、重建系統單線圖、異常診斷並提出節能及安全建議等。該計畫實際協助上百間中小企業節能診斷，針對企業提出有效節能方案，不但培養出一批傑出節能人員，更在實務上幫助中小企業達到節能目的。

This program designates real-world industrial sites as instructional environments, providing students with practical training in energy measurement, single-line system diagram reconstruction, abnormality diagnostics, and the proposal of energy-saving and safety improvement recommendations.
Through this initiative, National United University has provided professional energy audit assistance to over one hundred small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), offering effective energy-saving solutions tailored to each enterprise’s operational conditions. The program has not only cultivated a cohort of outstanding energy efficiency professionals but has also contributed significantly to enhancing SME sustainability through tangible reductions in energy consumption.
