1. 本校兩校區建築物眾多(49棟)、土地面積廣闊，動/植物多樣化下，維護校園環境需要以合約方式委外勞務維護校園景觀，包含清潔、除草、保全警衛等等，其中2024年度合約清潔人員有27人、除草6人、保全警衛12人。
2. 本校合約均依政府採購法22條1項第9款或以公開取得書面報價或企畫書方式辦理，徵得更適合優質廠商。
3. 本校委託民間辦理業務之委外工作人員均依《勞動基準法》規定辦理加保等事宜，另本校也督促委外公司落實相關措施，以保障委外工作人員的權益，相校委外業務類別、人數、保障措施及工作狀況分別如下表：
1.The University comprises two campuses with a total of 49 buildings and extensive land areas characterized by diverse flora and fauna. In accordance with operational needs, the maintenance of the campus environment is conducted through contracted service outsourcing to ensure the proper upkeep of campus landscaping. These services include cleaning, weeding, and security guard operations.
In the 2024 fiscal year, the University engaged 27 contract-based cleaning personnel, 6 weeding personnel, and 12 security guards under service agreements.
2. All University contracts are executed pursuant to Article 22, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 9 of the Government Procurement Act, or through open solicitation of written quotations or proposals, in order to engage the most qualified and competent service providers.
3. All outsourced personnel engaged by the University through private contractors are duly insured and managed in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Standards Act. The University further supervises and requires contracting companies to implement relevant protective measures to ensure the safeguarding of outsourced workers’ rights and benefits.
