Guidance for Students Receiving Section 504 Services During an Extended School Closure

Conroe ISD ensures that, to the greatest extent possible, each student with a disability will be provided the accommodations identified in the student’s Section 504 plan. There is no one size fits all guidance for providing services to each student. Services could range from online or virtual instruction, instructional telephone calls, other curriculum based instructional activities, or any combination of these strategies. Campus teams will be reviewing each student’s 504 plan to determine the student’s individual needs. The teacher of record or the campus 504 designee will be the point of contact for parents’ questions.
