The Wisconsin Digital Learning Plan is a roadmap for schools and their partners including public libraries, community organizations, and local employers to follow. The Plan provides school districts strategies for making learning more meaningful and relevant for students, more accessible for economically disadvantaged students, and more cost-effective upon implementation.
