English Learning (EL) Title III Consortium
Description
The EL Title III Consortium Grant is committed to providing high quality services to support member districts’ Title III grant activities. Services are designed to provide leadership in goal development, professional development planning, assessment, best instructional practices, interventions, alignment to the Common Core, and program evaluation. Additional fee-based EL services are provided to all districts, including those not in the CESA 7 Title III Consortium.
