CESA 7's onboarding of administrators who are new to their roles will facilitate the success of our new administrators. The onboarding begins with an overview of the mission, vision and services of CESA 7 and provides ongoing support customized to the new administrator experience. Leadership, communication, finance, legislative advocacy, Educator Effectiveness, and legal guidance are just some of the topics that create the framework for the two-day summer session and the monthly meetings thereafter.
