Hey, hey Bobcat Nation!
I am so excited to be back in the gym this year! This is my fourth year at Lykins and my 15th year in education, and I can't wait to kick off another year of movement, fun, and learning!
I began my teaching career as a self-contained Special Education teacher in Gunter ISD and Jacksboro ISD. After three years in Special Education, I transitioned to teaching 3rd-grade math at a public charter school in Lewisville. It was there that I met my husband, Bryan, who serves as a firefighter/paramedic for the City of Celina.
Bryan and I live in Celina with our two fun-loving, energetic boys—Hank, who is in Kindergarten, and Lane, who is in Pre-K. I began my journey in Celina ISD as the Early Childhood Special Education teacher, and I am so happy to continue serving the Lykins family as the PE Coach!
My goal is for every student to leave the gym with a smile, a little more confidence, and a love for being active. I believe every child is unique and capable of amazing things. In my gym, we work hard, encourage one another, show respect, and have lots of fun along the way. I will love my students like my own while also challenging them to grow, try new things, and always give their best effort.
I am looking forward to another incredible year making memories, celebrating successes, and cheering on our amazing Bobcats. It's going to be a great year!

Hey Lykins Fam!
I am so excited to be part of the Specials Team in the gym this year! This is my first year in education, and I couldn’t be more excited to begin my new role as an elementary PE Aide. I love supporting students, encouraging them to have fun, stay active, and build confidence through movement.
I spent last year substituting at Lykins, and I enjoyed it so much that I decided to take on a full-time role this year! Being in the gym is such a joy because it’s a place where kids are encouraged to move, have fun, and develop a lifelong love of being active.
My husband, Josh, and I have lived in Celina since 2021, and we absolutely love being part of this community. We have three amazing kiddos who love living here just as much as we do! Charlee is 11 and in 6th grade, Weston is 8 and in 3rd grade, and our youngest—and definitely wildest—Edison is 3 years old.
When I’m not at school, you’ll usually find me gardening, shopping for plants at Shades of Green, crafting, planning parties, tackling home projects, reading, relaxing by the pool, or cheering on my kids from the sidelines at OCP!
I am looking forward to an amazing school year and getting to know each student who walks through the gym doors. My goal is to make every child feel excited, encouraged, and loved the moment they step into the gym. I can’t wait to make this a fun and memorable year together!
