Welcome to our Class!

My name is Dawn Helbing. This is my 8th year teaching. I have previously taught 1st grade in Richardson ISD and Kindergarten in Frisco ISD. I took some time off to stay home with my 4 kids, but am so excited to be back in the Kinder classroom!

I have three daughters and one son. My oldest daughter Emma, just graduated from Celina High School and will be attending Tarleton State University this Fall. My Son Andrew, will be a Junior this year and is on the Varsity football team, so we will be at all the games! Go Bobcats! My twins are Allie and Avery and they will be in 5th grade at Martin Elementary.  My husband is a Fort Worth firefighter and we have lived in Celina for 6 years!  We love this town!

I can't wait to meet you all and so excited for a great year!

Lunch money may be added to your child's lunch account online on the Schoolcafe site for additional snacks and ice cream day.

Please provide a healthy dry snack for your child to eat in class during snack time and a no spill flip top/straw water bottle that can be easily refilled.  No screw top bottles please.
