Hello Lykins Families! 

I am excited for the upcoming school year! This will be my 15th year in education and my 5th year in Celina ISD. 

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and am a proud first-generation college graduate. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from California State University, Northridge in 2010, followed by a Master of Arts in Elementary Education in 2014.

I began my teaching career in Los Angeles before spending four years teaching in Frisco ISD. I then joined Lykins Elementary in Celina, where I taught for two years. This school year marks my third year serving as the Student Services Specialist (504 Lead), supporting students, families, and staff at both Lykins and Bothwell Elementary.

My husband and I moved to Celina 9 years ago and have loved becoming part of this wonderful community. We enjoy exploring new places with our three children: Beastley Cash (9), Braxton Rex (7), and our daughter, Brisa Kai, who will turn one this November. When I am not at school, you can usually find me watching movies, cheering on the Cowboys, reading by the pool, or cooking my favorite Mexican dishes.

I look forward to partnering with our student, families, and staff for another fantastic year. Here's to a wonderful school year!
