Hi, I’m Officer Flynn, the School Resource Officer here at Lykins Elementary! This is my third year at Lykins and my fifth year with the Celina Police Department. I grew up in Peoria, Illinois, with four older brothers and two older sisters.

Before becoming a police officer, I served in the United States Marine Corps and later earned my bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University. I love being part of the Lykins family and getting to know all the awesome students and staff. If you see me around campus, don’t be shy—come say hi!
