Hey, Bobcats! I recently completed my 19th year at Lykins, and I’m excited to see what this new school year has in store.
Although I was born in Lubbock, Texas, my family moved to Honduras when I was five years old. After graduating from high school, I returned to Texas to attend Stephen F. Austin State University, where I earned degrees in Elementary Education and Spanish. Growing up between two cultures has shaped both who I am and the educator I strive to be.
My passion is working with multilingual learners from around the world. I believe every child brings unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives to the classroom, and I am continually inspired by the rich diversity at Lykins. My goal is to ensure every student feels valued, confident, loved, and capable of success.
If you have any questions about our program or student eligibility, please don't hesitate to email me. I look forward to partnering with you and your family this year!
