Artist Statement: I worked to capture the lighting and shadows just right in order to show my experience during stay at home orders...and the experience I continued to have as I waited. Sitting at my desk. Illuminated by the daylight. Working, thinking, wishing, wondering for things to come. Fueled by caffeine and books and a drive to keep on keeping on. From the inside looking out.
