Writer's statement: I called my writing “what to do during quarantine and COVID stress” because this article was going to be on these topics because my article explains activities that you can do during quarantine and tips and tricks to help you deal with coronavirus stress and anxiety. Gardening is a great way to keep yourself occupied during the day during quarantine and help you get started with growing plants in your backyard. You can also start a home improvement project as well, as this also will keep you occupied and improve your home. Some ideas for a home improvement project are: Cleaning your garage, painting rooms in your home or give your kitchen cabinets a new finish. Having stress and anxiety during quarantine? Here are some tips and tricks to help you feel stress-free. One trick is to turn off the news for the day. This can help you avoid thinking about Covid-19 all of the time and give your mind some time to relax. Another trick is to start meditation and yoga.
