Screen Layout

1) How to access: Go to 'Course Management' at the bottom of the course menu >> Control Panel >> Click 'Full Grade Center

• • Assignment/Tests: Click the desired menu to go to the corresponding grade center

2) Grade Information bar: Place your cursor on the column you want to see its information

3) Icon: For users' convenience, icon status is displayed in each cell

• • Click 'Icon Legend' at the bottom to check different icons

4) Edit Rows Displayed: Click to change the minimum rows displayed

※ Grade Center >> Needs Grading: You can view total test/assignment items to grade

1) How to access: From Grade Center >> place your cursor on the grade and click the ⓥ icon >> click 'View Grade Details'

• • You can view the grade details from ALL grade center(Full Grade Center/Assignments/Tests)

  • For those students who did not submit their work, the submission details remain blank

2) 'Return to Grade Center': Click this to return

• • Depending on the previous location, you will return to 'Full Grade Center' or 'Grade Center: Assignments/Tests'

1) If a certain column is not displayed from the Grade Center menu unexpectedly, follow the steps below

2) Click 'Manage' >> Select 'Column Organization'

3) If you want to deactivate 'Hide': Click the check box on the left >> Click 'Show/Hide at the top/bottom of the page >> Click 'Show Selected Column'

• If you want to hide: Click the check box on the left >> Click 'Hide Selected Column'

• To hide the column, you can also go to Grade Center >> Full Grade Center >> Click the ⓥ drop-down icon you wish to hide >> Click 'Hide from Instructor View'

4) If you click 'Show Selected Columns' the '(Hidden)' mark disappears

5) Click 'Submit'

6) Check that 'Show Selected Column' items are added to the column in the Full Grade Center
