Use Question Pool

1) AjouBb Course Menu >> Course Management >> Control Panel >> Course Tool >> Tests, Surveys, and Pools

2) Click Pools

3) From Pools, Click 'Build Pool'

4) Write the Name/Description/Instruction and click 'Submit' >> Move to 'Pool Canvas'

5) Pool Canvas: Manage pool by creating questions, deleting, points possible, etc.

6) Pools: This is the section heading that manages edit pool, import, copy, delete, etc.

1) Click 'Create Question' at the top of Poll Canvas >> Click the type of question you want to create

2) Write question title, question text, option, answer, etc >> Click 'Submit'

• • The options differ depending on the type of question you select

  • You can check 4.2.3. Type of Test Questions to learn more about how to create a different type of test questions

1) Click 'Find Questions' at the top of Pool Canvas >> Find Question Pop up appears

2) Browse and click the question you want

• • You can check the questions you previously created from Pools/Tests

  • If you have not created any questions before(first try), you cannot browse any questions

3) Click the question you want or select all

4) Click 'Submit'

5) You can check that the questions you selected are added in the Pool Canvas

※ Use Export Question Pool when you want to Download the Question Pool to My PC

1) Access the course you want to download the Question Pool >> Course Management >> Course Tools >> Click Tests, Surveys, and Pools

2) Click 'Pools'

3) Click ⓥ drop-down menu of the question pool you want to download >> Click 'Export'

4) The question pool zip file is saved in My PC

※ Use Import Question Pool when you want to bring question pool made in other AjouBb courses

1) Access the course you want to upload the Question Pool >> Course Management >> Course Tools >> Click Tests, Surveys, and Pools

2) Click 'Pools' >> Click Import Pool

3) From Pool Import, click 'Browse Local Files' >> Select Question Pool zip file from My PC and 'Open'

4) Click 'Submit'

5) You can check that the Question Pool is added to Pools

• • Click ⓥ drop down menu on the right side of question pool name to edit

1) After creating a test, go to test canvas >> Click 'Reuse Question'

2) Select the option you want to use

• • Create Question Set: Reuse questions from the question pool, and test questions (Groups of questions that can be presented in a random fashion determined by the instructor)

  • Create Random Block: Reuse questions from Question Pool(Questions are randomly retrieved from the selected question pool based on the question type)

  • Find Question: Reuse questions from the question pool, and test questions(Add selected questions)

1) From Browse Criteria, select Pools, and Tests(Multiple selection possible)

2) Select all or select each item you want to import and click 'Submit'

1) From Choose Criteria. select Pool >> Choose the question types from below

2) Check the questions that correspond to the selected question type and click 'Submit'

1) From Browse Criteria, select Pools, and Tests(Multiple selections possible)

2) Select all or select each item you want to import and click 'Submit'

• • Copy selected questions: Copy and import the selected question

  • Link to original questions: Import link of the selected question(changes made in the original questions are reflected)

※ For 'Find Question' the question is shown in the test canvas as it is

※ In case of Question Set/Random Block, you need to set the number of questions to display from the total questions

1) Number of questions to display: Click the number in the box to change >> Click 'Submit'

2) Click Question in the set/the question that corresponds to the selected criteria >> Question Preview Possible

3) Points per question: Click the Points per question to change

4) Set all the options and Click OK >> Complete creating test
