Lecture Authoring Tool/Save

1) Type of Xinics authoring tool & User guide

• • Automatic Lecture Recording(LectureDeck): After reserving the Automatic Lecture Recording classroom, visit the classroom to make a lecture video.

  • EverLec: Access portfolio and start 'EverLec' program to make lecture video on your own labtop

  • Ready Stream: Access portfolio and start 'Ready Stream' program to make lecture video on your own labtop

2) Upload a lecture video: If the video is saved after it is made, it is uploaded to the portfolio

• • The video is automatically saved at the folder [Authoring Tool Name] from [Xinics] in PC [document] simultaneously

3) Register Online Attendance Video: The uploaded contents in the portfolio can be registered as online attendance content at Ajou Bb

1) Enter the portfolio access link(https://portfolio.ajou.ac.kr) >> Click [Login]

2) Login using Ajou Portal ID/PW

1) How to use Kaltura Capture

• • Access Ajou Bb course >> [Course Management] >> [Course Tool] >> [My Media] >> Kaltura Capture >> Make video

2) Upload lecture video : After making the lecture video, [Save&Upload] from 'My Media'

• • To Save the video, Manage >> can check the video from 'Current recording directory' in Settings

  • For download manually, go to My Media >> Edit Contents

3) Register Online Attendance Video: The content uploaded on My video can be registered as online attendance content at Ajou Bb

1) Access Ajou Bb Course >> [My Media] >> click the video you want to download

2) Scroll down and click [ACTIONS] >> Select [Edit]

3) From 'Edit' Screen, click [Downloads] tab >> check 'Source' and click [Save]

4) Check confirmation message >> click [Go To Media]

5) Click [Download] tab at the bottom of the video >> click download to save the file on a PC
