[Start Recording]

1) Click the [Record] icon at the bottom of the Zoom screen or click [View more] >> Select the location you want to record

2) The recording starts and the recording icon(Recording) is created at the top of the screen

    • While recording, click the upper menu, recording icon, or view more to pause or stop


[Pause/Stop]

3) [View More] : click to pause recording/stop

4) [Upper Menu] : click ▶ to pause or restart, click ■ to stop recording

5) [Recording Icon] : click each icon to pause/restart/stop

2. Check Recorded Video and Upload

1) Access AjouBb course >> Click [ZOOM] on the left

2) Click [Cloud Recording]

3) From posting, click toggle button to activate the video that you want to share with students

  • You have to activate [Post] for students to see the video

  • Click the title of the meeting >> You can check the video and chatting recordings as you select the video

Share Zoom Recording 'Publicly'

※ In case the video is not playing even after you activate the [Post] toggle, go to zoom.us setting and check [Enable cloud recording] (Please read 5. Record setting for more info)

3. Watch recorded video(Same goes with students)

1) Ajou Bb course >> [ZOOM] >> [Cloud Recording] >> Click the video you want to watch

2) Click the play button

3) The 'copy password' message appears and the password is automatically copied

  • The password area is created

  • If you click the [Show password]icon, the password appears >> you can drag it to copy the password

  • Click the file icon to copy the password to your clipboard

4) Password input box is created in the new Chrome tab >> Paste the password by entering Ctrl+v >> Click [See the recording]

5) The recorded video is played

4. Download recorded video

1) Click download at the bottom of the video

2) The 'copy password' message appears and the password is automatically copied

  • The password area is create

3) The 'Save as' window is automatically created >> assign save location and download it to your PC

클라우드 기록은 기록일자 30일 이후 자동 삭제되므로 반드시 기한 내 다운로드 하시기 바랍니다.

[Note] The Cloud recording are automatically deleted after 30 days, so please download the files within the period

1) zoom.us >> recording >> Cloud recording

2) You can check Save date/File size/Automatic delete date

    • Please download the necessary files before they are automatically deleted

3) You can download by clicking the [See more] button

5. Record Setting(Recording)

1) Access zoom.us > Click [Settings] on the left menu >> Click [Recording] tab

2) You can choose different options in the Recording tab

  • Click each option to change setting

  • Click toggles to activate/deactivate options

3) Share cloud recordings: You need to activate to share recordings with students
