Existing User(Change Account)

  • The Instructor who uses Zoom with existing Ajou Email (@ajou.ac.kr)

  • The instructor who uses email(email of other institution and school) other than Ajou email is considered as a new user

  1. Activate Account

1) Access AjouBb course and click [zoom] at the bottom of the menu

2) Log in Ajou Portal >> Click [Ajou Mail] at the top

3) Gmail > click [zoom account invitation] mail

4) Click [Approve the Request]

5) Click [Confirm and Switch to the New Account]

6) Click [Sign in My Profile]

2. [Warning] -Error Code 1001

  • Among the existing users with zoom account(@ajou.ac.kr), the error occurs due to the problem of zoom and Google in converting institution user ID

3. [Warning] -Error Code 2216

  • When the ID is deleted from AIMS2

  • Check if your email is entered in Ajou portal

  • How to enter email and check email in Ajou Portal

a. Access Ajou Portal (https://mportal.ajou.ac.kr)

b. Click New AIMS

c. 행정정보(Administrative Info)>>교원(Faculty)>>기본정보관리(Basic Info Management)>>개인정보수정(Edit Profile)>>이메일(학교)(School Email)>>Enter Ajou email(@ajou.ac.kr)
