Essential Checklist

  • Please do [log out] after using zoom in public places like classrooms

1. Check Browser

  • Get the latest version of Browser update

  • Instructor – Wired Network Required

  • Students – Wired Network Recommended

2. Check Network Connection

3. Check Required Equipment

Online class requires instructor's PC or a laptop with mic & webcam

4. Latest Version of Update

※ Check the latest updates and improvements

1) Start ZOOM

  • Click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the program window >> Click [Check for Updates] or

  • Right-click on the small zoom icon in the taskbar >> Click [Check for Updates]

2) Click [Update], Zoom will then automatically check for available updates and download the latest version

! It is NOT recommended to watch other videos during synchronous online class

  • If you play other videos during synchronous online class, it may cause buffering

  • If video learning is necessary, provide a link for students to watch and study individually
