Survey

1) Course Management >> Course Tools >> Tests, Surveys, and Pools

2) Click 'Surveys' >> Select 'Build Survey'

3) From Survey Information, write Name, Description, and Instruction

4) When you click 'Submit' you will move to Survey Canvas

1) From Survey Canvas, Click 'Create Question' >> Select 'Opinion Scale/Likert'

2) Write the Question Title, Question Text, etc

3) Select Answer Numbering, Answer Orientation, Show Answers in Random Order Option

4) Select the Number of Answers and Answer details >> Click 'Submit'

5) The added question and total question can be viewed in Survey Canvas

1) AjouBb Course Menu >> Click Assignment

• • If you want to make a separate survey menu, click + icon on the top of the menu to create

2) Click Assessment >> Survey

3) Select the Survey and click 'Submit' >> go to survey option page

4) Set Survey Information, Survey Availability, Due Date option and click submit

• • This process is the same as the test option setting so please refer to 4.2.2. Test Option Setting

5) Survey is created in the Assignment Menu

• • If you do not 'Make Available' to students, it is unavailable to students and they cannot take the survey

  • Make it Available/Unavailable: Click ⓥ Drop down menu to activate/deactivate

  • It is recommended to make it Unavailable to students until the survey questions are completed
