Register TA/Auditing Student

  1. Register TA/Auditing Student

Since TA or Auditing Students are not enrolled through course registration, the Professor in charge should register them. The auditing students are Ajou students who are willing to take the class lecture but are not officially registered for the course based on University rules and regulations. Thus a separate list for auditing students is needed.

1) Select Course and click [Users Management] menu in the bottom left, and click the sub menu [User]

2) Click [Find Users to Enroll] at the top of the screen

3) [User Name] : Enter Student ID Number/Employee ID Number(Name option is not available)

    • If more than 2 people, enter a comma in between the numbers(ex. 202100000,202199999)

4) Select [Role] : Select the kind of role to be registered in the course

    • Professor : 교수자(Professor)

    • TA: 조교(TA)

TA can upload the lecture notes and give assignment points.

    • Audit Students: 학생(Student)

5) Click [Submit]

Note

    • TA: If TA is also enrolled in the course, send student ID number, Name, Email informatoin to CTL(Center for Teaching and Learning)

    • Auditing Student: A separate list for Auditing students is needed since they are not officially registered to the course

2. Example of register error

The example of error message when registering a new user

1) User does not exist: When the non-existing user ID is entered(Check exact Student ID or Employee ID)

2) User is already enrolled: When you have entered the one who is already enrolled

3) User is already enrolled: When the same User ID is entered twice
