2) Enter Instructor's ID and Password to log in(The ID and PW are same as Portal Login account)

- [Regular lecture] Select Regular Lecture and Record the class(to be posted on Ajou Bb)
- [Special lecture/Seminar] Record various types of lectures like make-up class, special lecture, seminar other than regular lecture (registers on CMS system, will not be posted on Ajou Bb automatically)
4) Select semester/course you want to record >> Once the course is selected, it automatically goes to the next step

- The Semester is automatically selected as the current semester, change the semester to record for other semester
- The courses displayed are official courses for the semester
5) Select the week of the course you want to record and click [Confirm Selection] >> the session is automatically selected and it goes to the next step

- The Folder name with 'week' is provided til Week 3 automatically, please access your course on Ajou Bb to set up more weeks.
6) Check the title and instructor's information of the lecture created with selected course and week

7) You can edit the lecture title and instructor by entering them manually

8) After checking/editing all the information, select [Lecture Preparation Completed] at the bottom right corner.
⇒ The 'lecture information' selection screen on LectureDeck disappears as the Recording Creation tool appears

- The controller appears at the bottom right corner >> click the red button [Start Recording] >> The recording starts with the count of 3,2,1
- If you click [Stop Recording], the recording stops and registers on the CMS server.
- [Writing tool] allows you to write while recording the lecture (can choose the types of pen, pen thickness, color, eraser)

2) Click [Register lecture] to upload/post the recorded lecture.

4) You will be logged out in 10 seconds automatically. To log out immediately, click [End lecture]

5) Please refrain from turning off the PC right away. Turn it off once the portfolio is completely uploaded (It takes about 5-10 minutes to upload a file)

1) Click the arrow icon at the bottom right corner of the desktop and click the blue LectureDeck icon

1) To check the video recorded in the automatic recording classroom, click [Automatic Recording Content/자동녹화컨텐츠] and select the folder

- [Automatic Recording Content/자동녹화컨텐츠]: Once the automatic lecture recording video is uploaded in the portfolio, it is automatically created in Ajou Bb
- The course week is provided until Week 3, go to Ajou Bb to set up more weeks such as Week4, Week5 …
