The Employee Console centralizes the programs integrated into the service process that Associates use each day. The programs include our Legacy Platform, Recurly, and Salesforce/Service-Cloud.
The AdvisoryCloud Employee Console provides a one-stop shop for our internal teams to view information about a member’s account and provide quick access to all of the different systems needed to manage the account.
