Reputation Management is a critical component of establishing and maintaining a positive online presence for the AdvisoryCloud brand. In today’s world, nearly every consumer researches products/services before they purchase, and in many cases reviews are the deciding factor.
In order to be successful in the long-term, we need to ensure our brand is portrayed as positively and honestly as possible. Negative reviews are not only harmful to our online reputation and ability to sign on more customers, but they also place a significant financial burden on the company in the form of costly refunds and bank chargebacks.
Reputation Management Goals and Objectives
Reduce the number of negative reviews and comments.
Increase the number of positive reviews to improve star ratings across all sites.
Maintain BBB rating that instills consumer confidence.
Track trends among member complaints to identify issues and areas of improvement within the organization.
Reputation Management works cross-functionally with each department to increase member satisfaction from the start in order to mitigate customer complaints and prevent future issues. The complaints made against us, either on BBB, Google, Yelp, or other public-facing sites, provide valuable insight into our member experiences and are used by our team to address issues, recurring concerns, or other problems that we may not be aware of on the inside. Reputation management is also responsible for responding to each complaint, in which we acknowledge the customers’ concerns, but also defend our position as a reputable and successful company. We also work to identify opportunities to engage with satisfied members and ultimately prompt them to share their positive experience on our review sites.
