It all begins with the scheduled call and Salesforce to ensure all leads have the correct information and sales get processed correctly - please follow the same steps below every time:
1) Search Salesforce using the email address used to schedule the call.
If only contact exists - Create new lead
From left hand side of SalesForce
Click Create New
Select Lead
Update First Name
Update Last Name
Update Company
Update email
Update Phone
Update Title
Update Lead Type = Company
Click Save
If Lead and Contact exists - use Lead
If only Lead exists - use Lead
2) Once you have the correct Salesforce lead:
Update Lead Type: Company
For Contracts - Update Salesforce w/fields needed for contract:
B2B Private Program
B2B Seats
B2B Price/Tier
B2B Term (in months)
3) Create Account in Recurly
Go to Accounts > New Account.
Enter the following information:
Account Code - make up a random combination of numbers like this: 609b688-6614-499d-8660-541a94e8f980
First name
Last Name
Company
Phone Number
Click “Create Account”
Add Billing information if provided
Account -> Billing Info -> Enter the following billing details:
First Name
Last Name
Country
Street Address
CIty
State
Zip/Postal Code
Card Number
Expiration Month/year
CVV
Click “Save Changes”
4) Send Contract via HelloSign - Click for HelloSign Process Details
Receive signed contract
5) Go to Recurly - this process will depend on the payment method:
Credit Card Payment:
Charge Recurly immediately
Account -> Click “Add Charge” - Enter the following information:
Amount (Per Unit) - how much they will be charged
Quantity - 1
Description: In the Description field when adding a charge in Recurly. It is important that you use the exact same format every time.

Click the “Post Invoice” button

6) Contact the new B2B Member to book their Company Onboarding Call.
7) Click on VAB OB Call button in Salesforce to schedule the Onboarding Call.
8) Go to Employee Console to the Checkout Page.
