The Employee Console centralizes the programs integrated into the sales process that Account Executives use each day. The programs include our Legacy Platform, Recurly/Accounting, Salesforce, ScheduleOnce Booking.
Important: In order for your sales to be calculated and tracked correctly in all programs, you must be logged into the Employee Console at the start of your workday - and stay logged in until the end of your workday.
You will receive an email, similar to the one below, from AdvisoryCloud with a link to verify your email and create your password to log into the Employee Console for the first time.
OnceHub is the scheduling application we use to allow prospective customers to easily and efficiently schedule time on Account Executive calendars for first introduction calls and follow up calls.
RingCentral is AdvisoryCloud's softphone PBX Phone system.
PhoneBurner is AdvisoryCloud's auto-dialer program. PhoneBurner works in conjunction with SalesForce and RingCentral to automatically dial and update leads from lists that are generated in SF. PhoneBurner also generates emails prompting prospect's who don't pick up to schedule time on the phone with you.
Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the software we use to research customer activity, input and track customer data that is also integrated with our platform and accounting program.
