RingCentral is AdvisoryCloud's softphone PBX Phone system.
PhoneBurner is AdvisoryCloud's auto-dialer program.
PhoneBurner works in conjunction with SalesForce and RingCentral to automatically dial and update leads from lists that are generated in SF. PhoneBurner also generates emails prompting prospect's who don't pick up to schedule time on the phone with you.
PhoneBurner Initial Setup Instructions:
Log into PhoneBurner.com
Create voice messages
Open Drop down menu in the top right corner by clicking the round icon with your initials
Select “Dial Session Settings”
Select “Voicemail Library” from the menu on the left-hand side of the “Dial Session Settings” page
Follow the instructions to create the following new Voicemail Messages from your scripts:
Drop in - Open
Drop in - Pipeline
Please note: As you record or enter new Voicemails they will appear on this page, clicking the name will allow you to rename the recording.
Log into Salesforce:
Open PhoneBurner SF App
Click App Drop Down in top right corner
Select “PhoneBurner”
Add API Key
Select the “Dial-Session History” tab
Login to PhoneBurner.com in a new tab
Open this link: https://www.phoneburner.com/myaccount/salesforce/index
Copy “API Key” (if there is nothing there you will need to click “Generate a new key and then copy it)
Input Key from Phoneburner into SalesForce API key Field
Repeat steps iv and v for “User Key”
Click “Save”
Starting a PB Dialling session:
You will need to be in the PhoneBurner SalesForce App
Select one of the optimized Lead Views (example):
My Follow Up Missed Last Month
My Follow Up Missed This Month
My Follow Up Missed Today
My Follow Up Missed Yesterday
Select the checkbox on the top left of the list to select all visible leads:
Click the “Begin PhoneBurner Session” button:
5. Click “Begin Dial-Session”
6. A pop-up will appear, you may have to enter your SalesForce or PhoneBurner credentials to continue.
7. Click Continue in PhoneBuner Pop-up
8. Set Dial session Settings:
Phone Script: select the appropriate script, you cannot change this during the dial session.
Voicemail recording: select appropriate voicemail, you cannot change this during the dial session.
Dialing set: Dialing Set
Live answer set: Call Answered
Caller ID: Dial-in number
9. Click Continue
10. Use your RingCentral softphone app to call the displayed number
11. Once you are connected page will update, then click “Start Dialing” in the top right corner.
How a Dialing session works:
Once the Dial session has been started PhoneBurner will automatically start calling the leads you selected from SalesForce. You will hear the ringtone for each lead it is calling and see the Following menu at the bottom of the screen:
