Member Services Department - Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Purpose
The purpose of this SOP section is to provide consistent, detailed, department-specific instructions on how to carry out routine activities that will effectively assist the Member Services Department to render services, respond appropriately in a variety of possible scenarios, and in a timely fashion.
While this SOP Playbook does not answer every question or possible scenario that may occur, it maintains a level of standardization. AdvisoryCloud expects to revise and update this SOP Playbook from time to time. AdvisoryCloud will advise employees of any changes or additions or deletions in the procedures covered in this SOP Playbook by circulating such changes or additions or deletions either in writing or electronically.
