1. Working a lead that another Account Executive is already working.
Get in the habit of clicking on the Duplicate Check button in Salesforce when reconciling your SCHEDULED/ScheduleOnce emails with the correct Salesforce Lead Status:
FIRST, remember to click on the Duplicate Check button in Salesforce.
If 'No Duplicates' appears in Red - move on!
If there are duplicates, please review and mark as Duplicate Lead when obvious.
3. Never take pictures of billing information, and avoid writing down billing information whenever possible.
4. Avoid walking around while pitching - Account Executives that sell the most stay focused, stay on script and enter notes in Salesforce while pitching.
