SLACK WORKSPACE
Slack is a chat tool that brings us together and allows us to communicate as a unified team with ease in channels or direct messages (DMs).
We use Slack religiously throughout the day! We require you to check Channels and Direct Messages and respond to conversations regularly and promptly throughout the day. A fun, quick, and helpful way to respond to any message is with an Emoji reaction - a simple reaction to acknowledge the message received can often replace the need for a follow-up message.
Channels
Slack Channels are used for topic, project, and team-focused discussions and communications. Be sure to explore the company Channels too!
Direct Messages (DMs)
DMs are used for one-off conversations and ad hoc messages or tasks that don’t require an entire channel to weigh in.
This channel is for company news and fun messages
This channel will be used for all things Member Services - IE: escalations, questions, announcements, domain requests, etc.
The Member Services Team uses this channel when transferring lead calls or emails to Sales.
