Account Executive
Account Executives are professional inside sales communicators with excellent follow-up and organizational skills. Role responsibilities include:
Closing scheduled calls and live calls from outbound efforts on one call; the AE role is a “closer” type of highly transactional sales role.
Prospecting for new clients with outbound and inbound phone calls, text messages, and emails.
Effectively communicate and educate the features and benefits of AdvisoryCloud’s membership and platform while following a proven sales script
Meet departmental sales expectations of monthly revenue generated from sales activities, while maintaining targeted KPI’s and customer satisfaction rates.
Additional tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned.
B2B Membership Tiers are different Digital Advisory Board options for a team or company.
Each service tier comes with:
A digital secure portal to the company’s digital boardroom.
The ability to create unlimited content.
Access to our network of over 13,000 advisors
All B2B Tiers include:
Up to 200 person advisory board.
The ability to invite advisors to join their advisory board.
The ability to post questions and updates directly to their advisors at any time.
The ability to Search & Request Meetings or Introductions from Advisors.
A Complimentary Premier Onboarding with an Individual Account Manager.
1 Board Owner seat to manage the Digital Advisory Board.
B2B Membership Tiers Unique Identifiers. The unique thing about each B2B Membership Tier is:
Price
Whether the company would like to be listed publicly in the Directory or be Private so Advisors can only join their digital Advisory Board by invitation.
The number of additional seats the company has to allow Non-Board Owners to help manage their advisory Board. These could be Assistants, CFO’s, Co-Founders, and more.
B2B Purchasing Channels - Who will be selling:
All B2B Membership Tiers will be sold by B2B Business Consultants as a Close on Call or Close After Contact in Salesforce.
The next Membership Tier level can also be sold by a Member Services B2B Account Manager as an upgrade during the Onboarding Call.
Companies can also upgrade directly on the platform.
B2B Membership Legacy Plans - Grandfathered-In Plans
All existing companies will be grandfathered into their current pricing and receive all the Services included for all B2B Tiers. This is called the Startup Membership Tier. The price is $995 per year, billed annually or quarterly.
This Tier does not include any additional non-board owner seats and only has a Public option.
B2B Business Consultants will not be proactively selling this Tier but will honor the previous pricing on a case-by-case basis as a close-on-call.
The difference between a Board Owner and a Non-Board Owner:
Board Owners are the main contact in Salesforce and Recurly. They are typically the Founder and CEO of the company and/or a high-level decision-maker.
Board owners have full access to the Digital Boardroom and can make any updates to the Account Settings including updates to the billing information on file.
Non-Board Owners are intended to be Company members who assist in managing the Digital Advisory Board.
Non-Board Owners can be assistants, CFO’s, COO’s or anyone else the Board Owner enlists to help manage their company’s Digital Advisory Board.
Think about it as our CEO, Jonathan, inviting Dallas or Chris to help manage AdvisoryCloud’s Digital Advisory Board. Externally we will call them Board Owners and Company Members.
Reasons a company would be Public:
Because they’re interested in gaining access to our entire network of over 13,000 advisors.
Companies choose to go Public to get a diverse group of opinions from different types of people, at different career levels, and in a format where the best ideas can surface to the top.
Reasons a company would be Private:
Some companies do not wish to be listed in our Public Company Directory in order to be more selective about the Advisors on their board - and therefore choose to remain Private.
Advisors can join Private Digital Advisory Boards by invitation-only.
