B2B Company Member Post-Sale Process
Once a Company signs its contract the Board Owner will receive a verification email to set up its password.
For security purposes, these links expire after 24 hours. If the link has expired, the Board Owner can request for the verification email to be resent.
After verifying their email address they are prompted to create a password to log in.
Once a company has verified their email and set their password, they will then be entered into the Company Onboarding Flow. This is where a company can begin to set up their Company Profile.
All fields on this Onboarding Form are required to move on to the next step. Once the company has filled out their Onboarding form, they will then be redirected to their Dashboard.
All companies are required to complete an Onboarding Call with their Account Manager, so if they have not already scheduled, they will be prompted to do so on their Dashboard.
If a company Posts an Update or Question prior to being published in the Directory, it will save, however, Advisors will be unable to see it until they have completed their Onboarding Call and they are published in the Directory.
The B2B onboarding call has three core goals:
Gather all of the information needed to complete the company profile
Submit the company’s first Update welcoming their Advisors and the first round of Questions they’d like to pose.
Provide a full understanding of how to engage with the Advisors on their Digital Advisory Board.
Once the Company has completed its Onboarding Call and the Account Manager has published the company in the Directory, they will receive an email letting them know their profile is live!
