Jenna Finley
Senior Product Manager
As the Senior Product Manager, Jenna is accountable for representing the needs of many stakeholders and maximizing the value of the AdvisoryCloud product, as well as effective Product Backlog management. In order to succeed, the entire organization must respect the decisions made by the Sr Product Manager, whose duties include:
Developing and explicitly communicating the Product Goal.
Creating and clearly communicating and ordering Product Backlog items.
Ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood.

Product Manager
As Product Manager, Dylan serves the Product Department in many ways, including:
Finding techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
Helping the Engineering teams understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment.
Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
