The Premier Onboarding Experience
A Premier Onboarding Experience upgrade is currently offered after the close of most sales, as well as during a new member’s profile setup on the AdvisoryCloud platform.
Premier Onboarding Experience upgrades are sold at $295, and comprise of a scheduled 30-minute call with a Member Services representative walking the member through the AdvisoryCloud platform, while helping craft and optimize their advisor profile.
The Core Goals of the Premier Onboarding Call are:
Successfully match and help the advisor join at least one Digital Advisory Board
Ensure the Advisor's profile is complete and positioned properly to be published in the Public Advisor Directory
If the customer is on the Executive Membership Tier, also set Hourly Rate for their Public Advisor Profile
Every Advisor should add their experience to LinkedIn.
Successfully qualifying the Advisor to upgrade to the next Membership Tier or conclude their Free Trial early.
How Customer Purchase the Premier Onboarding Call
Immediately Post Registration
After registering, members who do not purchase the annual membership will be prompted to purchase the Premier Onboarding Call separately or upgrade to the annual since it's included. You can see the source of your call in the Premier Onboarding Source Salesforce field.
Service Recovery
The Onboarding Call can also be given as a complementary offer to satisfy an upset customer. It can be offered from an Associate or a customer can schedule a complimentary call on their own through our Automated Cancellation Flow.
