The B2C Checkout Process: In order for your sales to be calculated and tracked correctly in all programs, you must be logged into the Employee Console to access the Engage Checkout page.
The Employee Console centralizes the access to the multiple daily systems Member Services Associates use each day such as our Legacy Platform, Recurly/Accounting, Salesforce and ScheduleOnce Booking.
To enable your Salesforce Checkout Page
Begin every day by logging into the Employee Console:
Login: app.advisorycloud.com/login
To Close a Sale:
Click the Console Checkout button in the Salesforce record.
Select Plan:
Legacy Quarterly
Legacy Annual
Starter Quarterly
Starter Annual
