The Prospective Customer Call Scheduling Experience
OnceHub is the scheduling application we use to allow prospective customers to easily and efficiently schedule time on Account Executive calendars for first introduction calls and follow up calls.
The scheduling process begins with a HubOnce scheduling link that's included in marketing emails, advertisements and emails generated from Account Executive's outbound PhoneBurner sessions and Salesforce lead status changes.
Based on their lead status, prospect's are prompted to use the scheduling link to schedule time to learn about AdvisoryCloud or schedule a follow up conversation if previously pitched by an Account Executive.
2 types of OnceHub booking pages:
Board Seat Inquiry: This is the title of a 20-minute first call introduction to AdvisoryCloud with an Account Executive. The first call is for the purpose of providing AdvisoryCloud's value proposition, deliverables and pricing to all interested prospects. It is the role of the Account Executive to provide accurate company and product information and to attempt to convert the prospect to a paying member.
Follow Up Call: This is the title of a 10-minute follow up call to AdvisoryCloud with a lead/prospective customer who has previously had a Board Seat Inquiry 20-minute introduction with an Account Executive, but did not purchase a membership in that first call. The follow up call is for the purpose of addressing any needs for clarification or outstanding questions - and to close the sale and register the new member.
To begin, prospects click on the scheduling link included in an email or advertisement, and are presented with scheduling date and time options:
Next prospect's are presented with a confirmation that the consultation has been booked and a video to watch to learn more about a AdvisoryCloud prior to the call:
Next prospects receive an email invitation to the consultation titled: Board Seat Inquiry - when opened it provides consultation details and a button to confirm the consultation with a Yes, which also saves it to their calendar:
The Account Executive side of the scheduling experience is similar in that you will receive an email confirmation that can be found in your OnceHub email folder. OnceHub also generates a calendar event so the consultation appears on your calendar:
When clicked on, the calendar event provides all the prospect's phone number for the call and email address to search for the prospect's Salesforce record:
