At the start of every work day, Associates must log in to the Employee Console and do the following:
Log into the Employee Console.
Ensure you are logged into the Salesforce RingCentral App
Open the SLACK Workspace
Log into Salesforce
Be available to answer and respond to incoming emails and phone calls during scheduled hours.

AdvisoryCloud App
This is the new app launched on July 12th, 2021 and where all members log into their account. There is a “Front End”, which is what the client sees, and the “Back End” which is what we use to make changes.
Salesforce - Service Cloud
Salesforce Service Cloud is our primary customer service management system and what we use to respond to customer emails.
This is our softphone PBX Phone system. Member Services has multiple RingCentral phone lines that are funneled into specific call queues that are answered in an evenly distributed rotation that changes based on the availability of the Member Services Associates. You will sign into RingCentral through Salesforce each day.
Asana is the project management tool each department uses to manage company projects & initiatives.
Google Workspace
This is our productivity suite. The Google Workspace tools AdvisoryCloud uses are:
Gmail;
Contacts;
GCalendar;
GMeet for internal meetings;
GDrive for storage;
and the Google Docs suite for content creation.
OnceHub/ScheduleOnce
OnceHub is the scheduling application we use to allow prospective customers to easily and efficiently schedule time on Account Executive calendars for first introduction calls and follow up calls.
The scheduling process for onboarding calls begins with a OnceHub/ScheduleOnce scheduling software.
Act-On/Salesforce Integration
This is one of our automated email systems that sends notifications to members based on their progress. It is linked to SalesForce so that you can review the correspondence that has been sent to the member and see their activity on the platform.
This records all visits to our site. This can be used while researching member actions. Please see your Manager when needed.
