Did I click the Missed Call button in the Salesforce lead page for any calls that didn't pick up.

If a follow up call was scheduled, did I use my follow up scheduling link in the Salesforce lead record to schedule it?

If the call didn't pick up, after I clicked the Missed Call button, did I delete the calendar invitation?
If a follow up call got scheduled, did I change the color of my Advisory Board Follow Up invitation to Green.
Did I complete 150 calls using PhoneBurner and RingCentral?

Is my Cleanup View at Zero? (You should have ZERO leads in your Cleanup View at the end of everyday.)
Your Cleanup View captures leads that have not been updated appropriately and need to be resolved. This is usually a result of overlooking details “Scheduled” leads do not receive marketing emails. If a Scheduled call does not pick up and is not changed to the appropriate “Missed” status right away, they will not receive marketing emails with a request to reconnect. In short, your leads in this view are dormant.
Leads found in this view:
First Call Scheduled with a call date before “today”
Follow Up Scheduled leads with a call date before “today”
Steps to take to get leads out of your Cleanup View:
Call the lead/leave a voicemail
"Hi Jim, We never had a chance to have our call regarding your interest in advisory board positions. I will send you an email with a link to easily reschedule our telephone conversation”
Click the “Missed Call” button on the Salesforce lead page for that particular lead. This will:
Change the lead to the proper “Missed Call” status
Update Activity History in the Lead page
Send the correct canned email to the lead on your behalf with your scheduling link.
