Understanding Municipal Licensing
Municipal Licensing is the licensing that you must hold in each City or County that you are working in. Each city, county or municipal area may have different requirements to be followed. All salespersons are responsible for making sure that they obtain their municipal registrations and be aware of any laws or restrictions in place for the city, county or municipal area that they are working in.

Information
Each person working in the city will need to apply for a Category B Permit. The appliaction and payment can be submitted in person at 600 2nd St NW on the ground floor. For people that work for an unlicensed company, the fee will be $10 per day for how many days are designated. For people that work for a licensed company, the fee is $100 for 6 months.
Hours of solicitation are 9am to Sunset.
