Municipal Licensing is the licensing that you must hold in each City or County that you are working in. Each city, county or municipal area may have different requirements to be followed. All salespersons are responsible for making sure that they obtain their municipal registrations and be aware of any laws or restrictions in place for the city, county or municipal area that they are working in.

Each person going door to door will need to apply for a peddlers license. This is done in person at Business License Office located at 2355 Trane Road.
Along with the application, each person will need to submit passport photo and valid photo ID/DL.
Each person will also need to call the Bullhead City Police Department to schedule a fingerprint appointment by calling (928)763-9200.
The cost per peddler is $170 for the application and annual license fee. There is a $15 fingerprint fee paid to the Bullhead City Police Department.
It will take approximately 12-16 weeks for the license to be issued. Once issued, it will be valid for a period of one year

30 days prior to working in the city of Scottsdale, Individuals need to submit the Solicitor (For Profit) Application and the Background/Records Form and submit it to the Business Services Department at 7447 E. Indian School Road #110, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. The fee is $10 per day per person, there is also a state fingerprint processing fee (as set by the AZ DPS). Each person will need to obtain a fingerprint and background check before they can work in the city.
