Once you have completed your background check and have been cleared to begin working, you will get your Orion login information from newrep@skylinesecurity.com. They will notify you how you will receive this information, so be sure to keep an eye on your text and/or email for that information.
The welcome package and Skyline ID is sent out by newrep@skylinesecurity.com. You can email them with questions on this.
If your background is denied, you will be sent a copy of your background results and given 5 business days to send us any applicable documentation for the charges listed and we can review again.
No one can be cleared to work or be allowed to begin training until after the background check has been completed and approved. Anyone attempting to work without having a cleared background may be subject to penalties and fines.
You may be required to obtain a state registration depending on what state you are going to be working in. You can check state requirements on the individual state pages.
All new rep requests need to be sent to newrep@skylinesecurity.com. Be sure to include all personal contact information and they will reach out with the on-boarding documents that need to be completed.
