Municipal Licensing is the licensing that you must hold in each City or County that you are working in. Each city, county or municipal area may have different requirements to be followed. All salespersons are responsible for making sure that they obtain their municipal registrations and be aware of any laws or restrictions in place for the city, county or municipal area that they are working in.

Information
There is no license required for door to door solicitors as long as they carry their state license on them at all times while in the city of Montgomery and follow the rules outlined below:
No more than 3 peddlers may approach a residence at one time.
Be sure to obey all "No Solicitation" signs posted.
Must follow strict times of solicitation which are:
April 1st - October 31st - M-F: 4PM-7PM / Sat: 10AM-6PM / Sun: 1PM-6PM
November 1st - March 31st - M-F: 4PM-5PM / Sat: 10AM-5PM / Sun: 1PM-5PM
